GAGAMITIN umano ng Department of Justice(DOJ) ang Senate Blue Ribbon Committee report kaugnay sa isinasagawang reinvestigation sa kaso ng 13 Ninja cops.

Ayon  kay Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, anumang ebidensiya na iprinisinta sa pagdinig na isinagawa ng komite ni Senator Richard Gordon ay maaring magamit sa reinvestigation ng kaso ng ninja cops.

“I’m sure senator Gordon’s committee will furnish the DOJ a copy of its report. This report will surely be useful in the reinvestigation of the alleged drug recycling/ninja cops case currently being conducted by the DOJ. Any relevant evidence presented during the Senate hearings may be adopted or presented by any interested party during the DOJ reinvestigation,” ayon kay Guevarra.

Nalaman na sinimulan na noong Oktubre 16, ng DOJ ang   reinvestigation  sa kasong kriminal isinampa  laban sa 13 miyembro ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na tinawag na ‘ninja cops’ at sangkot sa naganap na raid sa isang Chinese drug lord sa  Mexico, Pampanga noong 2013.

Kabilang  sa isasalang sa preliminary investigation sina Senior Insp. Joven Bognot Jr.; SPO1 Jules Maniago; SPO1 Donald Roque; SPO1 Ronald Santos; SPO1 Rommel Vital; SPO1 Alcindor Tinio; SPO1 Eligio Valeroso; PO3 Dindo Dizon; PO3 Gilbert de Vera; PO3 Encarnacion Guerrero Jr.; PO2 Anthony Lacsamana; at PO3 Dante Dizon.

Nalaman  umano na 160 kilos ng shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P648 million ang hindi isinama sa report ng grupo ni Baloyo na nasabat nito sa umano’y Chinese drug lord na si Johnson Lee noong 2013.
